Hey everyone it’s your girl bookishnerdygirl. I just found a website that gave me some amazing and juicy sounding anime news. It is specifically regarding the anime I love called Black Clover.
Black Clover is a new style shonen anime/manga series that follows the adventures of the main characters called Yuno and Asta as they strive to become the Wizard King. Yuno is a prodigy of magic while Asta is a complete enigma because he has no magic powers to speak of. Asta was born into a world where everyone has mana and magical capabilities, he is the only one without a drop of magic power to speak of. Despite these facts childhood friends Yuno and Asta still compete for spots on the Magic Knights squads and strive to become the Wizard King.
The anime has almost 170 episodes and the manga is still ongoing, unfortunately, on March 30th the supposed final episode of Black Clover will be released. Don’t lose too much hope though as there will be a large announcement regarding Black Clover directly after the episode airs.
Many have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms to show their disappointment at the series possible conclusion.
There have been numerous rumors flying around Twitter that this isn’t truly the ending of the series and that it will simply go on a hiatus because it is just about caught up to the manga. According to the Twitter page for Black Clover
“[Final round decided! On the same day, a serious announcement! ] The final broadcast will be decided on 3/30 (Tue)
In addition, we will make a serious announcement after the final broadcast
It will be more exciting for the final episode! Thank you for your support until the end.”
This is definitely confusing as the tweet sounds like it could be the end of the anime but the manga could still have more instore.
Rumors and supposed leaks have also hit Twitter and they say that Black Clover will be getting a movie following the footsteps of another popular shonen series called Demon Slayer and it’s movie Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train.
